We have never had a customer’s server actioned as a result of an order. Members join through your public invite exactly like anyone else — we never need admin rights, a bot, or access to your server.

No. All we need is your public invite link. We never ask for your password, your token, admin permissions, or ownership transfer — and you should refuse anyone selling Discord growth who does ask for those. You can revoke or regenerate the invite the moment your order finishes.

Accounts that sit in your member list showing as offline. They raise your total member count — the number people judge a server by before they decide to join. They do not appear online and they do not chat.

Offline members raise your total member count and are the cheapest thing we sell. Online members also carry an online status, so the server looks actively busy rather than simply large. Plenty of people buy a mix of the two.

You can track progress from your dashboard at any time. The most common cause of a short delivery is the invite link expiring, hitting its use limit, or the server going private mid-order — so use an invite set to never expire with no maximum uses. If anything is still outstanding, contact support and we will finish it or refund the difference.

Orders are delivered within 24 hours of checkout. You can follow the status from your dashboard, and you will see your member count rise as it lands.
