Eligibility to Use

To use our services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from receiving our services under applicable laws

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your services at any time through our billing portal. Important cancellation details:

• All cancellations must be initiated through our official billing system
• Third-party payment subscriptions (e.g., PayPal) must be canceled separately
• We cannot cancel subscriptions managed through external payment processors

Note: Failure to cancel recurring payments with your payment provider may result in continued charges for which we cannot be held responsible.

Refund Policy

NitroCord offers refunds under specific circumstances:

• Service not delivered as described in your order
• Technical failures on our part preventing service delivery
• Unauthorized charges (must be reported within 7 days)

Refunds will not be issued for:

• User error during the ordering process
• Changes to your server rules or configuration after purchase
• Removal of required bot permissions before service completion
• Dissatisfaction with member behavior after delivery

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control including:

• Discord API outages or limitations
• Network infrastructure issues
• Force majeure events

Service credits may be issued for significant downtime at our discretion. To request compensation:

• Submit a ticket within 7 days of the incident
• Include evidence of the service interruption
• Specify the impact on your use of our services

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for:

• Violation of Discord's Terms of Service
• Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
• Abuse of our systems or staff
• Distribution of harmful or illegal content

For non-critical violations, we typically provide:

• A 3-day notice period for corrective action
• One warning for first-time minor infractions
• Opportunity to appeal the termination decision

Service Limitations

Our services are subject to the following limitations:

• Maximum delivery rates to comply with Discord's API limits
• Geographic restrictions based on Discord's service availability
• Minimum server requirements for certain features

We regularly update our systems but cannot guarantee:

• Immediate compatibility with Discord updates
• Protection against all potential security vulnerabilities
• Availability of specific features indefinitely

Note: Servers causing significant disruption to our network or other customers may be temporarily suspended while we investigate.

Additional Terms

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We are not responsible for member retention or behavior in your server
• All members provided are real accounts (no bots or fake users)
• Server administration remains your sole responsibility
• We may modify these Terms with 30 days notice
